How Dragon works in PokéSurvivor
The game ships a simplified type chart, not the mainline one, so Dragon does not carry every interaction you may remember. It hits dragon for 2× and is resisted by steel for 0.5× and fairy for 0×. Against everything else it stays at 1×, so Dragon damage is a safe default rather than a matchup pick. The chart lives in the same source snapshot as every other number on this page.
Dragon partners and where they rank
67 of the 966 partners carry Dragon, 54 of them as part of a dual typing. 24 sit in the 5★ pool and 0 are free starters. The strongest is Eternatus at rank 1 with 133 HP and 133 speed, while Applin sits at rank 957. The median three-stat percentile across the group is 65.0, which is well above the roster average of about 50.
What hits Dragon hardest
dragon, fairy and ice deal double damage into Dragon. It takes half damage from electric, fire, grass and water. No type is fully blocked by it. For dual-type partners the multipliers stack, so a Dragon partner that also carries a second type can end up with weaknesses that neither type has on its own — check the partner page before assuming Dragon is the defensive story.
Dragon moves and their damage
4 moves in the pool are Dragon. By raw damage per second at level 1 the order starts with Dragon Claw at 44.2 damage per second, Dragon Rage at 24 damage per second and Outrage at 10.9 damage per second. Level 5 and the matching attack multiplier change that order for individual partners, so the partner pages list each pool's own ranking instead of a single site-wide one. 4 of them can evolve, and the evolution is always a card pick during a run, never a permanent purchase.
